Q. What is this metal?

A.  This is anodized aluminum.  It's electro-chemically treated to accept dyes, so I can hand color the metal myself. 

Q.  How do I order an item?

A.  You can order directly from this secure site using your Visa or Mastercard OR call me directly (e-mail too).  I LOVE hearing from YOU. 

Q.  How long will it take to recieve my order?

A.  Items in stock are shipped within 5 business days, all others will be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks.

Q.  What is our Return policy? 

A.  We adhire to a non-return policy.  However, exchanges can be made within 14 days of ship date.  Contact me directly for details.

Q.  Do you charge sales tax?

A.  Kentucky residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Q.  What are shipping and handling charges?

A.  These vary depending on the size and distance the order will be shipped.  Please call for questions.  I will always keep the charges to a minimum.
